• We will always deal with clients in a professional, courteous and patient manner
  • We are ethical, open and honest in our dealings with clients
  • We will use “plain language” with clients and avoid jargon
  • We respect confidentiality and will deal with clients with tact and exercise the utmost discretion respecting clients’ beliefs and principles, be they religious or otherwise
  • We will respond to any initial enquiry from a client (be it email or telephone based) within 24 hours
  • If we cannot answer a specific client question or provide an immediate solution to their needs, we will give as firm an estimate as possible of a response time and continue to update on progress
  • We will provide you with a terms of business document before we carry out any work for you which lays out the agreement between us.
  • We will always give clients a fixed price for the work you have requested us to carry out or for the solutions we recommend before you instruct us to act for you. You have the right to cancel and obtain a refund of amy monies paid within seven days of instructing us as per our terms of business document
  • We promise to fully investigate any complaint or grievance you may have in relation to our service and respond to you as per our terms of business
  • If we pass your enquiry to another practitioner within the “Society of Will Writers”, they will also operate an identical client care policy and will also offer a terms of business document laying out the nature of your agreement
