The regulatory board of The Fellowship is an independent board that provides the necessary regulation of its Members by providing a set of professional standards and a code of conduct that Members must adhere to in order to ensure that consumers are fully protected. The Fellowship are actively lobbying the government for mandatory regulation of the will writing industry and in particular those who offer professional probate services.
